Your baby is here! Congratulations! Regardless of your experience, be it empowering, challenging or both, you may find yourself overflowing with love, anxious about how to properly care for your baby or sleep deprived from round the clock feedings, all of the above or more. I will help you figure things out. I will help you connect to the magical realm of your postpartum period and find your ground in the midst of all its challenges. Whether you are first or second/third time parents, I am here to provide emotional, physical and practical support.

I fell in love with this work while studying various methods of energy healing (Reiki, Hakomi, TheMcayMethod, QiGong and Taiji). They all rest on the foundation that a calm and regulated nervous system is the precursor to healthy attachment, resilience, joy and trust in life. This works fills me with deep satisfaction and gratitude and I love sharing it with newborns and their families. I offer daytime postpartum doula care and my services include:

• Newborn care (diapering, bathing, swaddling (when to swaddle, when not)

• Breasfeeding/Bottlefeeding support

• Developing age appropriate routines for eating/playing/sleeping

• Education on the nature of infant sleep – Developing soothing techniques that work for baby and family

• Baby laundry/cleaning of breast pump equipment/bottles/SNS

• Emotional, physical and practical support for mothers and fathers

• Sibling support

• Meal preparations I serve Marin County.
