Helping expectant parents to be well-informed, confident, and supported during the entire process. Your birth doula will be with you from the early months of pregnancy until you are holding baby in your arms. She acts as a guide, a confidant, a nurturer and advocate for you and your growing family. A doula’s support becomes continuous as you move into active labor. A birth doula does not perform any clinical tasks, so the type of support given is primarily focused on your emotional and physical needs. A doula will help you communicate your needs and wishes to your care provider so that you feel heard and understood. Your birth doula will help you stay close to your original plan by reminding you of your birth wishes and will work with you and your partner to create a calm and peaceful environment in whatever setting you choose to give birth in.

All members of the circle are independent business owners and operate individual practices based upon their skill set and level of experience.
